Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does someone need to be on-site for delivery or removal?

    Delivery - We do require someone onsite for container delivery. If no onsite contact is available during delivery, you will be responsible for any charges associated with relocating the dumpster if needed.


    Removal - No one is required to be onsite for container removal however, the customer commits to ensuring unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day. In case the equipment is inaccessible, additional pick-up charges may apply, as per the applicable terms and conditions.

  • How full can I fill my dumpster?

    The waste cannot go higher than the rim of the container itself. This poses a safety risk to our employees and customer may be subject to additional charges.

  • Can I put the container on the street?

    A permit may be required if placing on the street. We recommend contacting your local municipality for the most up to date regulations.

  • Can a dumpster be placed on an incline?

    Our rule of thumb is if a vehicle requires a parking break, we would not feel comfortable placing a dumpster there. 

  • What if I have concrete or dirt?

    You must notify our office staff before scheduling. 

  • How do I load the dumpster?

    The container has an open top and a rear access swinging door. 

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay with either credit card (3% fee), money order, check (if local). Receipts are always given. 


    All payments are due before or at time of delivery.
